Here is our Five Step Process.
Contact Us for an Introductory Consult
The first step is to contact us through the big box on the right of the page or call us on 1300 948 094. We will schedule a free consultation with our designer, the award-winning Max Sardi. Mr Sardi will ask for your ideas and discuss them with you. He will make suggestions based on his experience and together you will decide what is best for you.
Mr Sardi will then give you an estimate of the costs.
The Design Phase
If you wish to proceed further, the designer will measure your home thoroughly. Based on your discussion and the measurements of your home, Mr Sardi will draw up a plan. We will then meet with you, at which time we will discuss the plans with you.
If you agree to proceed further, we will draw up a contract and provide a 3D perspective awaiting your authorisation.
The Pre-Building Phase
After authorisation, we will start on engineer’s drawings and survey the property. We will file your paperwork with your council and any other interested parties.
Construction
First, we work with you to select fixtures, fittings and other necessities. Then, we provide you with a detailed explanation of what to expect during the construction phase. Then our professionals start doing the work.
Completion
When we finish, we ensure that you are satisfied. We provide a four month maintenance period and a six year warranty of all work.
