No More Shortage of Space in Noranda
These clients were looking for what we do best. They wanted their existing living space updated and modernised, more living space and an outdoor entertainment area. After we had a consult with the client, we decided on a ground floor house extension that consisted of a formal entry, portico, activity room and two extra bedrooms.
We also re-pitched the roof over the existing carport and applied texture coating to the home’s exterior to give it a more contemporary look.
The result was the equivalent of having a new home with plenty of space and an entertainment area indoors. The clients feel like they have found their dream home without having to go through the hassle of relocating.
Dream Home in Daglish
A couple in Daglish not only needed more space, but wanted us to rebuild their existing property to help create their dream home. They were satisfied with the two children’s bedrooms, the bathroom and the laundry, so we left them untouched. We began with custom glass and Benchmark windows to improve the solar efficiency and enhance the aesthetics.
We had to carefully remove and dispose of asbestos lining in a way that was safe for the the homeowners and the environment. We supplied a new roof, new fascias, new gutters and new linings. We would build a high spec kitchen, a new master bedroom with ensuite. We used an open living plan for the common living space with a lot of stone and feature ceilings. We provided a covered alfresco living area for the children to play in.
The results were stunning. The clients now have an elite home that is the envy of their neighbourhood.
