Design
After a thorough measurement of your home, Mr Sardi will draw a set of proposed plans and discuss them with you. Once you come to an agreement, we will draw up a fixed price contract and provide you with a 3D perspective of your proposed home renovation. After you sign the contract, there are no “extras,” no “surprises” and no hidden costs. What you see is what you get.
Approvals
Once you give us the OK, we work on engineer’s drawings and final working drawings, along with a site survey. We then send the plans to all relevant councils and statutory bodies for approval. At this time, you must purchase home indemnity insurance.
Construction
We help you select tiles, fittings, fixtures, etc. Then we meet to determine a firm start date and a firm date for completion. We give you a detailed description of the construction stage so there are no surprises. We specialise in completing home renovations with the least possible intrusion into your lifestyle.
Completion
Once Practical Completion has been performed to your satisfaction, we provide a four month maintenance period. We also provide a 6 year structural warranty.
