Executive Home Extension
The owners of a period bungalow wanted their home renovated and extended to create more family enjoyment space. This two-story home was on land that ran downward from the home, presenting unique challenges. We overcame the elevation issues by terracing the floor levels to an open plan living area.
We converted their original kitchen into a storage area and bathroom. The dining area was then used as an atrium and stairs leading into an open plan hallway, laundry and nook. Another set of stairs connected the nook to the kitchen, dining and family area, which connects to a new alfresco living area.
Family Home Transformation
The owners of a single storey home wanted more living space and they wanted us to upgrade their home. We combined an extension with a lot of renovation. The results were stunning. We left the bathroom, laundry and the second and third bedrooms untouched. Then we got to work.
We had to remove asbestos from the home to make it safe for our clients. we would eventually provide a new roof, new linings, new gutters and new fascias. We built a modern, exquisite master bedroom with an ensuite. We also provided a modern kitchen and an open plan living area which connect to an alfresco living area.
