Second Storey Extension in Morley, Perth

The result:

We were able to match every external material, complete with gables, awnings and other existing roof features, for the second storey.

We introduced a solid jarrah staircase and void in a fashion that didn’t compromise the existing dining area. We also built a master bedroom that has concealed cavity sliders. It flows naturally to a huge walk-in-robe that has an internal dressing screen.

Next was a spectacular ensuite, complete with double walk-in shower, custom floor grate, frameless oversized glass screens, stone tops, spa, laundry chute, feature lighting, stone makeup cupboard and full height tiling.

Nigel required a world-class entertainment space for movies, so we built him an acoustically perfect terraced theatre. We constructed the second storey with face brickwork and timber framework which matched the materials of the existing home. We completed the project in slightly over 6 months.

Nigel’s extended home is stunning and perfectly matches the look he was looking for; elegant, extremely fluid and luxurious.
