Turn a simple red brick house into a luxurious double story beach villa

Our clients were looking to transform their out-dated home to a beach paradise with ocean views.
The result:
The clients wanted a ‘beachy vibe’ in their home to match their beautiful surroundings, and their lifestyle. The transformation was jaw-dropping.
We designed a second story with a beautiful living area that overlooks lovely ocean views. We added a large master bedroom with an ensuite to their second floor, with all the trimmings.
We used different materials and colours to create a beach feel with the facade to complete their new home feel.
This was a remarkable transformation perfectly in line with our clients vision.
It was important to make sure their newly designed home integrated perfectly with the structure of their original home. A proper home extension takes optimal traffic flow into account. There’s nothing worse than a newly renovated home with an awkward traffic flow. This is one of the many important mechanisms that creates a seamless build. All the while keeping the client’s budget in mind.
It’s easy to design…… it’s harder to design something that looks great, ticks all the boxes, and conforms to realistic budgets.
