Stone and feature ceilings were liberally used in this extension to create the design the family was looking for

The Project:

It’s easier to mention what wasn’t renovated and extended rather than what was.

Bedroom 2, 3, Bathroom and the Laundry were untouched, the remaining residence was extensively extended and renovated to suit the client’s brief.

Benchmark windows with comfort plus glass have been used throughout this project to enhance aesthetics and improve the solar efficiency of the dwelling.

Asbestos lining was carefully removed, and new linings, gutters, fascias and a re-roof were incorporated as part of the project.

Stand out features include a high spec Kitchen, open plan living areas with alfresco. A stunning new master bedroom with a high spec ensuite were added to the home. Stone and feature ceilings were liberally used in this extension to create the design the family was looking for. Attention to detail is evident throughout, especially in quality construction.

With its new Verandah, textured acrylic render, re-roof and use of split gables, the residence is at home in its leafy suburb.
